Game variable editor lets you edit most of the game parameters and export them as a mod. For instance, you can make an economy mod suited to your own needs and wishes.

  This article needs updating

To release the website as soon as possible, we decided to copy the help articles from ETS2 Studio help file. We will come back an re-write these articles and add examples. In the meantime, feel free to visit our forums for more information. Click here to visit WerewolfSoft forums

Step by step guide

The Variable editor is divided into four tabs:

Every field has its description in the lower part of the variable list. After editing the variables, just click the green Export mod toolbar button.

Some options are available for exporting:

  • Export ..... Data: These checks define with variables will be exported. If you edited variables in just one tab, there's no need to export the other three types of variables.
  • Create separate mods: Exports all selected variable types as separate mods. So, if all four variable types are selected, than selecting this checkbox will give you four separate mod (*.scs) files.
  • Congratulations, you're done!
